HBSM provide Sales Marketing and Support services to Information Technology Vendors, Network Equipment Providers and their Associated Channels in Australia and New Zealand.
HBSM was formed in 2005 in response to a perceived need in the IT&T business community for support of enterprises in growing service businesses, implementing new models and segmenting business for growth.
HBSM focus's exclusively in segments of the market where we can provide strategic, multi-process, end-to-end business solutions and where we can leverage our firm's core competencies to help clients build customer and shareholder value.
Our clients range from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and government. They include IT vendors, IT service providers, technology user organisations, regulators and equipment suppliers.
HBSM management has experience in these sectors and is focused on developing functional understanding of processes within the client base. We maintain a fluid, highly, collaborative structure that engages the correct centre of competence to each situation. HBSM have outstanding people who are passionate about their work.
HBSM works in close cooperation with our clients providing advice on how to improve their businesses and how to make tough business decisions. As well as shaping outlooks and direction to achieve operational improvement based around information technology delivery platforms.
